- Built the business relationship with the existing/new clients and brought the projects-in if possible.
- Managed the project financial and reported to the CEO.
- Prepared and reviewed the Contracts and Fees.
- Site attendance, depends on the contract.
- Attended the management meetings.
- Year-end performance staffs reviewed.
- Attended the external and internal project audits to meet the company ISO.
