• Managed and oversee all tasks of all business processing including preparation of reports, figures and other statistics to support and direct to the sales department.
• Analysed and conducted periodic review (daily, monthly, quarterly, annually) of sales performance including individual growth of the sales team for all regional area.
• Evaluated and continuously develop all internal business processes to streamline entire processes along with measure activities’ results in the department resulting in spending fewer takt times.
• Coordinate and worked remotely with the head of every regional sales team member to achieve the sales target in every quarter.
• Performed and collaborate closely with every regional sales and sales support team to ensure time completion of all tasks related to end customer.
