Processes and Manufacturing Improvement
- Setup & Implement LEAN and continues improvement.
- Plant and Factory improvement and expansion project.
- Machine and process designed & building.
- Creating, planning and controlling for new assets of all new Machinery & Equipment of Plant.
- New projects feasibility (Technical & Financial, Pay back, NPV, IRR) for investment all new Machinery & Equipment of Plant.

Tooling Management
- Managed& improved in-house designed & building Die & Trimming for Forging products with CAD/CAM - CIMATRON, CAE with QFORM, building CNC Machining center and etc. to support production, new projects and new products.
- Managed& improved in-house designed & building MOLD, DIE, JIG and Machine component part to support new project & new product.
- Preventive maintenance for Plastic Mold, Die casting tooling, Die Forging and etc.








Facility Management
- Compressed air system (Air compressor, Air Dryer and etc.).
- Air conditioning system (Chiller, Cooling tower and etc.).
- Power Plant system (Transformer, MDB, Load center, UPS & Stabilizer, Lighting and etc.).
- Waste water treatment Improvement and Safety system Improvement
- Daily PM and Repair Follow up
Maintenance Management
- Set up the Maintenance Computer Management with PM II program and Proteus MMX software.
- Set up and arrange for TPM activities.
- PM and Predictive Control and Follow up such as; (Plastic Injection, Extruder, CNC milling, CNC cutting, Press and etc.)
- Improve the spare part Inventory and Warehouse management.
- Daily PM and Repair Follow up.
Energy Management
- Energy Committee Setup, Energy saving project and monitoring the implementation.
