-Received order from customer and request the documents for customs clearance process. -
-Check HS CODE for import, export goods.
- Make a paperless for import , export entry .
-Arrange shipping document for Customs clearance process.
- Issue invoice to customer when the shipment end - Fix the problem for customer

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Communicate on requirements and coordinate with customers.
- Follow up with the customer on shipping documents in order to proceed customs clearance. - Arrange cheques to pick up D/O.
-Track shipments and communicate with shipping agency for arrival date of imported cargo . -Coordinate with logistics department for delivery of imported cargo.
-Prepare invoice for the value –added service.
