1. Support administrative work for the team i.e. assist in the preparation and distribution of materials.
2. Support compliance activities i.e. Regional Compliance day, compliance training, RMCC , etc.
3. Prepares correspondence, reports, spreadsheets as needed.
4. Reports and communicates with regional head quarter.
5. Corporate registration with DBD and OIC and others (if any).
6. Maintains appropriate paper and electronic records.
7. Encourages all staff to follow the company's compliance.
8. Perform other duties and assignments instructed by the superior from time to time
