1. Receiving of purchased parts as per delivery note.
2. Verification of part conformance to customer specification
3. Inspection of part using master sample board and drawings.
4. Receiving of chemicals for finishing with supplier COC’s and MSDS for chemicals.
5. Supplier claim notification and communication.
6. Releasing and conforming part to raw material store after signing delivery note and entering information on SAP system of part released.
7. Collect all COC’s and ISIR documents for purchased part.
8. Monthly supplier PPM’s.
9. Supplier evaluation data for statistical process control.
10. Set up new inspection plans in SAP for PSO and release.
11. Cutting knife verification against master template and identification of all knives.
12. Organize and make sure all substance gauges are calibrated as per calibration plan by external company.
13. Participate and take charge of receiving inspection process during VDA 6.3 and other external audits from Customers or TUV Rhineland.
