ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Monitoring and controling defect of cut piece leather at final quality control employee
- Quality control and quality assurance that hand in hand with productions team to investigate the cause of production/ product failure in technical aspect.
- Propose suitable technical action plan for production/ product failure problem solving. Provide necessary technical support to execute the action plan.
- Verify all preventive and corrective actions will be done as target timeline.
- Preparation of Production Part Approval Process(PPAP).
- Take care the main key account of company such as Toyota,Nissan Toyota Tsusho (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.
- Coordination developed of quality in the new format, together with the customer.
- Made the Limit Sample in the new model and extension and revise limit presently product.
- Responsible for customer co-ordination and research and development of products.
- Coordinated and contact with the customer if any inquiries.
- A part of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), Control Plan team, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) team and leader of PPAP (Product Part Approval Process) team.
- Set up for quality document such as Inspection Standard and Check Sheet data.
- Working as Judgmenter of cut piece leather production line and quality control line.
- Leader of APQP and PPAP Team and be part of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) team
- Quality control and quality assurance final product (Trim Cover Sewing and Cut Piece Leather) of all new model.
- Made the Limit sample in the new model and Extension and revise limit presently product.
- Preparation of Production Part Approval Process(PPAP).
- Trainer of quality control employees and quality assurance staff before mass production about customer's changing pattern or material and quality control point.
