- To oversee and ensure that airport operations during the operational shift run smoothly and efficiently whilst complying with the safety, security and quality standards.
- Proactively prevent and manage flight disruptions and irregularities with prompt response.
- Handle special customer VVIP/VIP, special or irregularity case and complaints.
- Utilizing available resources by planning efficient duty allocation for staff member.
- Manage, train and coach team members and monitor their performance to achieve KPIs.
- Undertake any other reasonable task as requested.
