Process all documents such as memo, budget request (In-budget and Off-budget), purchased memo, etc.
- Send all document for approval to the Head Department including the other Director and Manager approval (From all the relevant departments).
- Key all purchase order in NAV which is related to VM, the brand team. (from Brand Manager)
- Key all related payment for both internal and external in NAV and submit the hard copy memo to Finance and Account department (from Brand Manager).
- Follow up Traveling budget request for both domestic and international (from Brand Manager).
- Barter Coordinator with relevant parties, such as PR, Account, store.
- Look after GWP stock to control both send out and return from all promotion according to Sales and PR requested
- Coordinate with graphics for producing TOC based on sales conditions.
- Coordinate with sales in term of promotion mechanic and load the photo from the brand web site
then send to graphic for POP designed
- Coordinate with store department when they need to borrow the watch for PR or Sales.
- Coordinate with distributor international by email such as Hongkong, Switzerland.
-Recommend books to customers
-Increase sales according to the category of books assigned to meet the goals set by the company
- Arrange and organize products are always interesting
- Administrative tasks such as payment, checking the product to be accurate
