ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Managing plan for store to achieve sale in every month.
- Managing Staff image, service, communicating skills.
- Manage proper position for each of every staffs. (To make every staffs be more efficiency of what they responsible.)
- Mange staff roster and also break time.
- Always checking staff competency every month and discuss with them of what good or what they have to change to make things smooth with work or with the colleagues.
- Manage stock if it too low or too high volume for every products.
- Monitoring products - which products make sale or don’t and make solution for the no-sale products.
- Planning Layout for products to be in the best position to make sales.
- Have a meeting with Brand manager and head of every branches to discuss Sales and make action plan.

- Manage sales department responsible.
- Manage Sales and sub-department promotions to reach goals.
- Check and control transfer documents. - Return / return. To be accurate, complete, including counting stock products.
- Prepare and plan staff capacity to work effectively.
- Manage inventory to have sufficient quantity of stock. And use storage space effectively.
- Care for TOP BRAND, HOT ITEM, NEW ARRIVAL, promotion products NO SALES.
- Control the product in the store to prevent loss of goods.
- Control and check the arrangement according to the principle of Visual Merchandising.
- Control department employee and PC to meet the standard.
- Check the availability of services.
- Analysis and preparation of customer data. And build a good relationship with customers.
