VSPP - Biomass Power Plant 9.9 Mw.
- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements.
- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
- Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress evaluation; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Purchase request main and sub system by follow up work breakdown structure procurement and fabricate phase.
- Arrange a meeting for follow up all task of project.
- Prepare transmittal document sent to owner for information every phase project.
- Prepare monthly progress report submit to owner for approval.
- Coordinate everyone in project team.
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
- Purchase order materials for addition and reduction of work.
- Support team construction and commissioning at site for Start-up plant to COD.

- Supervise erection and fabrication work at sites.
- Setting out sites and organizing facilities
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Supervising contracted team.
- Coordinate liaising with clients, subcontractors and other.
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
- Preparing site reports such as daily report, qc report, Issue report,and other paperwork
- Purchase order materials for addition and reduction of work
- Ensuring that health and safety rules are adhered to
- Support team machine, instrument, electrical pre-commissioning and test functionality
- Start-up plant and commissioning
- SCOD and Performance test
