 Monitor carefully and keep tracking of order status.
 Responding and resolving problems or complaints concerning warehouse operation and transportation.
 Responsible for managing delivery/return booking and cost verification .
 Analysis stock aging and slow moving stock.
 Create all reports to support team and business needs.
