• This position is responsible to support Warehouse Manager and manage day-to-day of operation activities. Define and agree standards with Warehouse Manager in the areas of quality, productivity and advised team of the required standards. To ensure that remedial action is taken the combat any weaknesses indicated by team leader and end result meet Pepsi customer’s requirement.

To ensure that the required processes, procedures, work instructions, and SOPs are followed effectively. and end result meet BJC(Danone) customer’s requirement

• To ensure that all drivers were dispatched accordingly,
• Briefing and de-briefing off all drivers. Providing detailed reports on shift operation progress and delivery performance through KPI monitoring
• Planning team to ensure that the fleet and drivers and sub-contractors would be available for the required times.
