ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Support Equipment & Preventive maintenance for all product.
-ควบคุมการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตาม WI อย่างถูกต้อง.
-ทำเอกสารใบอนุญาตทำงานเปิด Work Permit.
-เปิด PR/PO สั่งซื้อของ
-ทำเอกสาร Document PM Record.
-ผู้รับผิดชอบดูแล Equipment ในห้อง SPARE PART.
-To handle testers, chambers, equipment installation, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
-To reduce testers and equipment downtime to increase tester utilization.
-To continue improvement on the tester, reduce NDF due to the tester related issue.
-To perform effective Preventive Maintenance and repairing (e.g. fan speed, PSU voltage, backplane pin condition,)
-To manage and control testers and equipment calibration
-To conduct testers and equipment verification and buy off
-To manage PM & CAL activities, report, certificate per CTH QMS/ISO requirement
-To manage spare part management
-To manage SFP, QSFP, CFP eLB , RJ45 loopback verification and preventive maintenance
-To manage and control test backplane PM, replacement, replenishment
-To continue monitor and evaluate 4C chambers performance and come up with improvement project plan.
-To conduct periodically review the test capacity and propose solution if any capacity constraint
-To support tools, fixture development and improvement
-To support test rack assembly and modification
