ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Manage distributor and Planning sales volume ship in/Ship out.
• Implementation of Key Strategies and action plans for close sales volume.
• Distribution drive PMI product to wholesaler and retailer and night market.
• Create trade program for Wholesaler and retailer for sales volume.
• Manage budget uses for trade marketing program in this area.
• Manage profit and loss for the distributor in order to maximize profitability (ROI)
• Manage manpower distributor and PMI to strong in KPI in this area.
• Provide relevant market information, analysis and monitoring reports for classification and prioritization, specifically for WS and GT channel by providing analysis of profitability, volume & SOM potential, competitive visibility, brand building strategy and consumer engagement.
• Create the new touch point to gain volume such as full moon party, pub and bar.
