- Set policies, plan, and goals for production.
- Manage and Control to work in accordance with the plan and goals of the company
- Coordinate with units work to the same direction. And to plan and policies placed.
- Improve production process.
- Control and reduce production costs.
- Monitors process control for any changes or trends or out of spec controls.
- Responsible for ensuring safety, quality, continuous improvement, maximum
efficiency of equipment and personnel so that product is produced with high quality
standards.

- Coordinating with the QA to control and maintain the document control system within the organization (batch records, sterilization reports, and any controlled documents, etc.).
- Coordinating with the QA to manage internal and external audits within the organization.
- Coordinating with the QA to manage and summarize the organization’s customer complaints and non conformities.

- New Product Feasibility study and planning (Demand, Price, Cost, Investment, Product Feature)
- Cooperate internally for fulfill customer and market requirement of new product.
- Respond quality of production before and after delivery
- Respond new model production (APQP, PPAP) and customer document support
- Control quality assurance system in process (FMEA, Control Plan SPC, MSA, Initial control, Periodical, Periodical sampling, Internal audit )
- Corrective and continuous improvement about customer complain (Claim control), customer audit comments
- Respond and support all quality activity (Quality patrol, QCC, audit, etc)
