Responsible for the entire pool facilities management related matters on ensuring the facility/property are being managed up to the highest pool facilities management standard as agreed in the contract.
To provide solutions for all on-site pool facilities management disciples: Client relationship management, Minimizing of real estate operational costs, Performance reporting, Project Management, Budgets, Asset Management, Equipment maintenance management.
To be able to provide team guidance, support and direction on day-to-day pool facilities management operation
Ability on fundamental client relationship management
