Identify opportunities for operational excellence and cost saving : production performance & cost control
Develop and provide essential knowledge & skills related to plant staff job description .
Controlling, following and evaluating on subordinate’s works, and adjust working strategy for achieving
the targets and control the quality of the products by standard and monitor daily performance using KPI’s.

Develop facility concept & design to optimize space utilization and available space at existing and new facilities improve personnel & material flow. Implement facility plan to optimize cost of goods and use of.
Develop and implement plan to maintain facility & utility and infrastructure system by emphasizing the development and implementation of a preventative & predictive maintenance programs to optimize cost and availability.
Production Manager;
Production ; Control production to run at full capacity / Deliver production as planned.
Provide technical support to operations , develop & design process and review assigned units' operation
conditions and data with recommendations resulting in maximizing their operating efficiency.
Plan and control overall production process to ensure customer's standards i.e. quality,cost and deliverly ,are achieved
QA Manager;
Quality control to all products as company and customer requirement.Ensure that company policies are communicated and followed by all staff at the plant.Assure of compliance to regulations certified.
Prepare report & data analysis to make recommendations for improving plant operation and solving engineering & maintenance related problems.
Plan and control overall production process to ensure customer's standards i.e. quality,cost and deliverly ,are achieved
Develop maintenance metrics and leading indicators that tie directly back to operational efficiency and product quality, e.g. OEE/OPE because I have joined in Mechanical Engineering position first.
Assist in corporate Quality Improvement Program (QIP) and EHS certification program.
Training class both in house and over sea ; China / Malaysia /Indonesia / India / Japan …

Improvement Engineering Manager;
Review and monitor closely all plant equipment and system to minimize unplanned downtime and to identify opportunities for improvement to solve problem in the timely manner.
Plan and lead facility and infrastructure operation to provide a cost-efficient & optimal environment for lean-manufacturing operation in term of Continuous Improvement Process (CIS)
DMAIC problem calculation, time studies & line balancing.
VSM- Value Stream Mapping , Develop and Improvement for major process and product.
OEE- , Develop and Improvement for major process and product.

Experience working in the packaging industry highly regarded ; Medical gloves packing
Responsible for testing-product process , packaging and labeling equipment automation & maintenance.
Preventive Maintenance Optimization (PMO) & Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) deployment.
Lead and co-ordinate with related department for all PM, new product, re-launch and promotion SKU to reach schedule launch plan.
Develop maintenance metrics and leading indicators that deliver operational efficiency and product quality, e.g. OEE , MTBF/MTTR, etc.
Printing development all PM of new product, revamp, amendment A/W.
Preliminary solve the problem and made decision to judge the appropriateness of the packaging based on technical feasibility and Follow up shelf life test of new alternative packaging Materials.������
Work with the manufacturing, procurement and equipment suppliers to ensure that the materials specified give the best packing performance within the limit of acceptable cost.
Support the Packaging Procurement team with initiatives such as cost reduction projects and new packaging supplier implementations.
Ensure packaging has a positive influence on manufacturing efficiency.
General maintenance, fabrication and installation work.
Facility & utility maintenance for clean rooms (Class 100 and 1000)
.Report to Engineering Manager for production engineering & maintenance activities.
Develop new packaging materials and search for new trend in market
Develop & implement energy reduction programs & projects. Project Engineer : Leader of Preventive Maintenance Project
Develop and deploy long term Maintenance Excellence Strategy Plan.
Develop & deploy long term for safety and new product & innovation projects.
