- To Provide all necessary information to passengers and make their journey easier and comfortable.
- Supervise the check-in process to make sure that the procedures and regulation are followed.
- Make sure that passengers and baggage flows are maintained.
- Provide assistance to passengers with special need, such as disabled and elderly passengers, unaccompanied minor, patients, VIP and CIP.
- Keep passenger informed, assist in the best possible way with boarding and ensure that continuous information is given during delay.
- Assist passenger in case of delayed flight, including arranging refreshment, meats accommodation, transportation to hotels and connecting flight.
- Assist with immigration formalities and Custom clearance for passenger if required.
- Coordinating and briefing TG staff at the counter check in, Boarding gate and Parking Bay area.
- Coordinating with captain and cabin crew.
- Communicate and coordinate with The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) and internal departments in the airport.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints after flight departure/arrival.
- Preparing Daily & Monthly sales performance report
