Correspond and give information (qualifications and job descriptions) of the position(s) to applicants.
Arrange interview schedules for Candidates with Executive Directors and Clients.
Update the shortlisted Candidates of the present status and / or completion of the assignment.
Update present status of Candidates in active database (job progress).
Keep the hard copy filing system in perfect order.
Handle special assignment as assign by superiors.
