Been handling one of Accenture’s project as operational analyst; make decisions according to the defined policies and procedures; also, interface effectively with other internal and Client teams. Solving and dealing with the customers’ issues and problems every day that increasing the improvement of the good communication skills. Working with the various nationalities and the flexible time shifts, which provide the good and basic relationship with different nationalities and time management skills.
