ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Arrange a delivery plan and routing each day according to the orders received.
- Control and manage delivery on each Routing to each customer. Including handling urgent orders that is requested from a Sales and Customer Service to satisfy customers.
- Control and manage manpower and transport vehicles to be ready to work and accommodate the situation that will arise.
- Control the operation process of the delivery staff follow WI and working standard.
- Coordination with related department and customers.
- Monitor and control delivery operation to achieve KPI of department and Policy, if not achieve will recover action plan (PDCA) and follow up.
- Monitor and planned preventive maintenance of truck, Forklift, and Equipment, Ensure that all activities within the department conducted in a safe manner.
- Solve problem in process and take corrective action and preventive action follow 5W2H, Why-Why analysis method and follow up
- Supervise and training, re-training delivery staff to level-up skill and improve multi skills
- Improvement operation process to increase efficiency for working (Muda, Mura, Muri, ECRS, Kaizen, 5S,)
- Comply with laws regulations (Transportation, etc.) and ISO requirement (ISO9001:2015)
- Manage and plan Budget of department
- Summary monthly operation result and report to management.
- Understanding the SAP system.
