Operational Manager takes responsibility of the work environment of the clinic from; facility to improving the staffs well-being and work efficiency. Try to solve day-to-day problems and improve the system of the clinic as a whole. Inventory and Purchasing Manager takes responsibility in controling and ordering the stocks of materials needed for the clinic to operate efficiently, contacting with outsource and local suppliers.
