Responsible for assembly of the Back End ATBK and leading/ managing 34 technicians in the area of LM/ PM (Line maintenance & Prevented maintenance) to deliver performances to meet LM/ PM plans. Set the machines to align with line production plan. Checked and inspected PM jobs and managed PM equipment and accessories. Set routine work plan including over time. Established plans and strategy to improve and develop the LM/ PM processes and work procedures to enhance line production and productivity. Developed/ trained team members.

Key Achievements:
• Achieved in leading team and managing the machines to effectively align with line production plan, increasing productivity and saving budget for maintenance.
• Reduced time consumption for line production by setting a proper plan to prevent and fix the machines via establishing the Stop and Fix Project, resulting in less stopping machine during operation.
• Successfully set the proper machine placement and regularly re-checked the PM job list, leading to reduce working time/ over time and cost saving for PM maintenance and spare parts expenses.
• Improved the PM process to be more systematic and proactive, reducing cost of maintenance and purchasing of spare parts and equipments.
• Developed and improved the line production process and procedures to increasing operation efficiency and productivity by training team members and running the Stop and Fix Project.

• Using the R&M expensing control
• Enhancing the PM efficiency = increasing machine hardness

• Set KPIs for the ICM of the maintenance team
• Stop and correct the project implementation of the department
• Implement project of the department without presentation
• Project result: saved expense for cleaning machine of the Glop Top = 1,500,000 Baht/ year.

• Successfully set maintenance work procedure and adapted machines/ equipments to benefit line production performance and maximize product quality that saved cost for the company and met production plan. Key success factors included;
• Set frequency of mold washing
• Using the Fico/ TOWA for controlling mold vacuum to maximize its capability
• Improving technical spare parts by using the Program SPEED PM to control the PM executing for technicians
• Saving cost of spare parts by using local products instead of imported products
