Work with Manager/BU leader in hiring new employee issue
Update and manage job descriptions system.
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Create and provide recruitment status and analysis report to support operation meeting with management.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Post openings in internet advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues
Performs related work as required.
Know your customer's expectations and drive section to meet them.
Manage selection process including sourcing, internal job posting, rehiring
process, review applications, screening, prepare shortlist, conduct assessment, and arrange panel interview of candidates
Advise line manager and also provide information concerning employment related to HR policy, offering and negotiating with candidates
Review manpower requirements and coordinate with HR Partnership and line Manager in term of recruitment status and ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time (SLA)
Coordinate with related functions / candidates in term of hiring process, contract signing, document preparations such as medical checkup, guarantee etc. as well as manage day to day operations and update recruitment status & report
Attend all recruitment activities as well as provide & update the recruitment plan ncluding walk in interview, campus recruitment, job fairs, road show which is proposed to line manager
