Collect requirements, design phase, develop, and implement until support (MA). Using the SAS Data Integration tool for ETL the data and outbound to accounting disclosure as text files. Pre-coding for development and implementation using SAS Enterprise Guide. Visual Analytics, outbound a report with SAS dataset.

For more than 2 years in Non-SAP department at Atos IT Solutions and Services. Given the responsibility of consulting the application to customers (government agencies) and led the team for about 1 year placement as Application and Report Developer. Using K2 Software as a solution to develop an application. Input data are stored in the SQL Server database using OLTP and daily data analysis to report to customers. Application development and maintenance based on customer requirements (CR included) to meet the MA. Manage customer expectations and defined the circumstances under which they are liable for outages or performance issues by creating a customer support ticket system be in line with the SLA. Migrate data from former application to current one using SSIS. Created and maintained every single report in the project using SSRS. Using Power BI for collection, integration, analysis, and presentation of application information to customers every month-end.
