Implement, manage and monitoring : AD, DNS, WINS, DHCP, Files Share, Print Server, SQL Server, Backup Server, Anti Virus Server, Inventory Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server, Office365, WSUS Server, Windows Deployment Server, Hyper-V, VM-ware, IIS Web Server, Mail Gateway Server (Barracuda and IMSVA), Multi-Factor authentication server, File Encryption server,FTP server, KEMP server Load-Balance, Proxy server, Nagios and Manage Engine server monitoring, HP Blade server, Dell Compellent storage, HP 3Par storage, Mobile Device Management, Web-ex, Zoom Meeting.

- Conducts growth analysis and capacity planning of infrastructure resources.

- Promoted IT Disaster Recovery for IT policies and the member of BCM(Business Continuity Management) committee.

- Established security policies and procedures that encompassed redesign of the infrastructure.

- Managed IT server infrastructure budgets(CAPEX / OPEX) and assets. Responsible for contracts, vendor negotiations, and bid proposals.
