- Oversee and inspect possible areas all over southern Thailand for arranging make-up marketing workshop and selling product mainly responsible in southern Thailand, Main branch Phuket
- Being a professional Make up stylist for make-up workshop session whether it be for private and public company, government office, Hotel, teaching and recommending how to wear make-up on each occassion.
- Sell brandname cosmetic and recommend make up style that matches customer needs individually.
- Plan and assign marketing strategies for promotion and product selling
- Maintain loyalty customer base to keep using and re-purchasing products and make new customer base.
- Recruit and interview qualified candidate for company and teams
- Manage and coach the team every steps on how to being a professional make-up artist and expert salesperson effectively.
- Keep up with worldwide up-coming trends and update on consumer insight to improve team's skills.
- Manage and audit stock items
