My responsibilities are:
• Find new potential customers and contact them to update the status.
• Maintain sales at existing customers, maintain good relationships with existing customers and also advise technical solutions to them.
• Visited new customers with the business manager to give support regarding product knowledge.
• Provided the quotations, forecasted, and checked chemical consumption monthly.
• Focus on potential projects, and lead the project such as observation or recommendation of our products for use in other processes of existing and new customers.
• Solved customer problems and identified the root cause to support a smooth production run. (Roughness, Stain, Burning Corrosion, Blister etc.)
• Provided documents such as trial plan, test report, analysis report, summary trial report, running cost, and also troubleshooting report.
• Provided basic product knowledge and technical knowledge training to customers. (Theory and Practice background Such as Hull Cell, STEP etc.)
• Provided defect analysis, quality analysis, and summarized testing reports.
• Provided application test (Simulation line) to prepare samples and confirm the product quality before offering to customers. (Such as chemical make-up, bath analysis, and concentration adjustment.)
• Deal with customer complaints, find solutions, and suggest improvement processes for both technical issues and system issues (Order, Quotation, PR, Delivery, and also product shortage).
• On-site support of the customer, and worked closely with the customer production team to analyze and advise on production quality.
• Handled key account customers (European, Chinese, and Japanese companies).

EXCELLENT TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

Electro Plating (Metal Plating and Plating on Plastic (POP))
 Pre-treatment processes such as Cleaning, Etching, Catalyzing, and Electroless Nickel. Electroless Copper.
 Copper Plating, Nickel Plating, Chrome Plating, Trivalent Chrome Plating.
 Copper Plating for PCB and PWBs
 Etching process for PCB such as Flux Line, Neo Blown, Laminate Line etc.

Surface Treatment (Metal Pre-Treatment & Functional Coating)
 Pre-treatment processes such as Acid cleaning, Alkaline cleaning, Acid picking.
 Tri-cation Phosphating, Zinc Phosphating, Manganese Phosphating
 Yellow Chromate coating for Aluminum Profile.
 Clear Chromate coating for Aluminum Di-Casting (Aluminum Wheel), (Zirconium) Non-chrome coating for Aluminum Di-Casting (Aluminum Wheel)
 Coil Coating, Cleaning and Metal Working Fluid.
 Paint Coating (Aquence Product) and Powder Coating process (Spray Gun), Familiar Liquid Paint Coating and EDP.

• Verified the accuracy of all lab reports and approved them before sending the report to the customer.
• Checked and follow up on timely calibration schedules.
• Provided training on both systems and new technologies to new staff and team.
