ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Monitor and control performance of outsourced contractors as per standard requirements
• To arrange subcontractor monthly meeting and summarize meeting minutes
• To manage subcontractors monthly and quarterly plan
• To issue inspection defects of common area property
• To issue incidents report
• To responsibility in common areas and building exteriors
• Generally, keep order. Oversee and ensure the building’s security, cleanliness, landscape and termites’ control are in good condition.
• To issue quotation of subcontractor.
• To monitor and control visitor, sub contract, resident
• To issue quotation of subcontractor.
• To receiving resident complaints
• To prepare document ,information for annual audit and meeting
