- To use 5Why analysis and incident mapping for investigate root cause
- To use quality tool such as trend analysis, FMEA’s for monitoring and protect the problem
- Issue ENS, issue PMP(Process management plan),Q-point
- Internal audit
- To support customer audit

- Lead of 4M change project : Set activity plan of engineering change for internal company and supplier, control & follow all changing items until delivery first lot to customer
