• Preparation of new material (PVC), in case of new development.
• Master sample registration of all profiles for plant Bangkok and other plants.
• Monthly report record of pigments and Master batch.
• Colour shade comparison with master sample from customer before colour matching.
• Preparation of master sample for Production line.
• Support colour formulation for plant Taichang (China )
• Colour formulations of PVC and ABS issue for planning Dept.
• Incoming of Pigments, Masterbach,Monobatch and Quickbatch for production.
• Colour matching record and monthly report to Head of Color lab.
• Daily work overview lab assistance.

For Chemical Engineer
• To analyze whole detail of production process that concerned with chemical usage.
• To analyze significant factor of chemical usage. That affect to quality of product. and to environmental.
• To recommend the problem solving method to production plating line. When the problem be occurred and make solution until this problem be solved.
• Development the work instruction in order to prevent any problem.
• Make the method, work instruction and specification of chemicals relative to step of
production process. when any changing process on new product and chemicals.
