ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
To industrialize and deliver new tires (OE and replacement) to meet target SOP date including create specification and process design for trial and pre-production with trouble free.
• Develop new product industrialization, new tire process and continuous improvement on reducing cost from construction change.
• Develop process and innovation solutions to improve quality of tire.
• Communication with regional regarding status of each project to ensure new products will be on time delivery
• Proposing alternatives construction/ design with tire designers to optimize with plant process capability and cost.
• Cooperation with compounder/ material specialists to trial new material to be introduced in plant.
• Working with engineering team to ensure new machine/ technology will be implemented properly/ correctly.
• Collaboration with regional to manage cost reduction projects to meet target.
• Collaboration with process engineer to ensure process will be running with trouble-free in term of relevant construction/ design.
• Developing new tire according to sales / marketing plan.
• Prepare cut tire section for new tire, BW, MDPO project, Cured tire waste analysis, sale request or marketing demonstration.
• Assist Leader to monitor for cured tire defective.
• Develop and maintain equipment safety, quality, productivity and energy standards.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Process quality control : To analyze the problem in order to reduce the defect caused by some abnormal causes during production process. (Surface Treatment and Injection Process)
• Defect analysis and improvement : To control ,inspect and solve all production processes to get fully efficiency. Test and review Operation Standard.
• Quality Document : Issue and review documentation processes about quality control.
• Training operation method : Training new employees how to perform their tasks.
• Production control : Control and update production result compare plan./Action in case of not achieve plan.
• Cooperate with Production : Support with Production procurement for requirement change and control plan adjustment.
• Cooperate with maintenance : Check mold maintenance and cleaning schedule./ Support machine maintenance.
• New Model Control : Follow up new product schedule. Monitoring and confirm new product process and control product quality to comply with customers standard.
