- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Arrange Export shipment for YAZAKI group of companies
- Contact forwarder and shipping agency for container booking, shipping documents, export entry etc.
- Arrange inland delivery for domestic customers
- Monitor daily inventory and ensure the adequacy of Material and Finished goods
- Create monthly Sales report and update forecast, submit to Headquarter
- Summarize commission for customer representatives
- Material inspection together with SQE
Logistics tasks
- Monitor Import shipment from overseas, contact with Trading company to keep delivery on time
- Contact with Department of Industrial Works and Hazardous Bureau regarding Hazardous chemical product license
- Handling all required documents to freight forwarders, domestic/international couriers, in order to complete/schedule shipment delivery
- Ensure physical stock accuracy - storage allocation
- Act as Material planner, cooperate with Production and QA/QC section
- Contact Truck company to arrange the cargo to the customers
- Issue quotation, Tax invoice, and all Sales-related data
- Key person in SAP-B1 and ISO 9001:2008 set up for the company
- Allocate resources to meet targets in areas such as transit and delivery times: inventory levels, warehousing and service standards.
- Manage to have the customers satisfaction survey twice a year in order to improve the company service and tighten business relation with customers.
Purchasing tasks
- Responsible for full purchase in the company including order raw materials
- Sourcing new suppliers both domestically and internationally to support warehouse management and sales requirements and other related department including Company car leasing, Forklift, Product packaging, Company furniture & decoration etc.
- Select and manage ongoing relationships with major suppliers, vendors, or sub-contractors to minimize costs and ensure satisfactory standards of service
Admin tasks
- Provide full admin support; data entry, documentation, Visa & Work permit documents for Japanese boss
- Arrange Japanese apartments, Hotel booking, Restaurant, Air ticket, Golf course, Name card, Mobile phone etc
- Support the officers in admin roles and to keep stock of stationery, office supplies and factory supplies
- Perform some duties as and when required; searching for Accounting software, set up Mail hosting etc
- Connect with Amata City and IEAT regarding company set-up process and related license
- Help interpreting from Japanese into Thai
