- Control new model management follow to APQP
- Control change management (4M change)
- Prepare document and equipment for support new product
- Design review for new model and new tooling : Die, Mold and jig support to production line
- Prepare document as FMEA, CP, Operation std, Packing std and fist sample
for approval to customer follow to PPAP requirement
- Process validation review for Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance
Qualification and Process validation
- Product / Process analyses responsible and take improvement
- Take analyses for measurement data abnormal
- Maintain and review for Procedures and Work Instruction of Engineering Dept.
- Co-operate with the Japanese Engineer
- Internal Audit , External Audit , Kaizen activity
