- Check E-mail to prepare for expected rushed bags and missing bags on incoming flight as per standard work procedure
- Issue report for passenger and raise it in the system
- Contact passengers to confirm delivery address and contact delivery company to make the delivery
- Contact appointed company for repair of damaged baggage
- Contact passenger to update progress of tracing
- Coordinate with involved parties on baggage issues and make timely reports as required
