ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. To control sub-contractor of Crossdock DC’s BIGC for ensuring that they are to provide
available fleets along to their commitment
2. To lead Backhaul Service for BIGC supercenter by managing dedicated fleets both 10 and
18W to collect the products from vendor’s plant into Crossdock DC along to their delivery
date
3. Able to manage non-BIGC customers including all-D, Pepsi for ensuring that deliver the
products along to their window time without any delay
4. To investigate the causes of accidents and preventive measures by aligned with Safety-
awareness
5. To generate and provide Daily KPI truck summary report for presenting into DHL TP
executive team
6. To organize and support driver recruitment processes to fulfill fleet requirements
7. To manage % truck utilization in both dedicated and non-dedicated fleets by aligned with
XD KPI target in each truck size
8. To find out and manage all customer complaint by providing the right preventive action
9. To control all Backhual documents be returned back into backhaul vendors not over than 7
days
