- Supporting production to improve productivity , safety, quality , cost reduction and delivery.
- Support to improve product quality, root cause analysis, quality control improvement.
- Improving and developing production process.
- Analyzes engineering changes, drawing notices to create change management requirements and assure that changes or model introductions are properly monitored and prepare jig&fixture , equipment.
- Responding to requests for print interpretation, deviation requests, engineering changes, inspection methods.
- Initiating standard time for new model and new process.
- Designing jig and fixture for support production line by apply knowledge of product design, fabrication,
assembly, tooling, and materials.
- Managing jig and machine installation.
- Improving and developing jig and fixture for production line.
- Conducting trial and analyze data jig and machine for new model.
- Compare BOMs and identifying make lists for prepare new product and preparing tools,equipment,jig and
fixture for new model.
- Conducting risk assessment.
- Process designs.
- Process Layout.
- Performing other projects as assigned by manager.

- Utilizing new technology for production tools, equipment and production process.
- Designing tools and equipment for support assembly line.
- Responsible for Engineering Change (Meeting with new product team and both product and process activities for assembly line).
- Preparing production documents (work instructions, test instructions, check sheet, etc.).
- Analysing corrective action and preventive action for assembly process.
- Support for preventive maintenance machine in production line.
- Performing Kaizen and Karakuri activities.
- Performing other projects as assigned by manager.
