- Taked a flight plan was flight completely that keep in the store
- Informed the information necessary to the pilot by the radio (Air to ground).
- Organized documents file for each flight to the pilot.
- Monitored flights each period of the day through Bay Watch
- Flight Watch or GOC (Ground Operations Control)
- Coordinated with guest service officer at the gate to work quickly, accurately and successfully
