• Manage end-to-end order processing with a strong emphasis on accuracy and adherence to delivery timelines
• Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients on all operational matters, ensuring prompt and professional communication
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Accounting, Import & Export departments, and Carrier’s companies to ensure orders were fulfilled in alignment with clients’ delivery requirements and to drive overall supply chain efficiency
• Respond to complaints from clients and provided omprehensive after-sales support in a timely and effective manner
• Oversee inventory management across raw materials, packagings, and finished goods to maintain optimal stock levels
• Develop and manage sales replenishment strategies to support consistent order fulfillment and minimize supply disruptions
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and budget analyses to support data-driven business decisions
• Coach and mentor subordinates to ensure consistent performance and alignment with client service standards
• Facilitate weekly cross-departmental meetings to proactively identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring seamless order processing
• Conduct weekly progress calls with international clients to provide updates on order status and delivery timelines, reinforcing transparency and client satisfaction
• Represent the company at domestic and international trade exhibitions in Thailand and Frankfurt, Germany
• Conduct pre-delivery quality inspections to ensure all goods meet specified standards and requirements prior to shipment
• Managed comprehensive communications and coordination between clients and factories, encompassing all aspects of the export process.
