• Responsibility process line start cutting meat to load product area, checking product control.
• Responsibility critical control point (CCP) give is Hazard Analysis Critical Control point (HACCP).
• Responsibility marinade meat send to EU product. And put sampling plan.
• Responsibility control weight of product meat and vacuum pack.
• Responsibility loading of EU and loading of domestic product.
• Make Validation of metal detector, validation of Blast Freezer use for freeze product.
• Out complaint for supplier, cause unusual process line such as tear bag product, broken pallet, found animal stick to pallet.
• Make kaizen as plan.
• Checking and approve OT of employee into department.
• Accept audit of customer and auditor.
• Make and search traceability document.
• Planning work of employee.
• Investigation source of foreign matter on product.
• Report problem in process line to manager.
