ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Monitoring a program tour before departure, during a trip, and after the tour end.
• Communicating and negotiating with clients about extra costs or additional services added to the quotation.
• Cooperating with international team inside the company and international suppliers such as hotels, restaurant, staff of the attraction.
• Preparing invoice to clients including all costs and refunds of each tours.
• Solving problems before, during, and after the tour.
