Plan and manage the company’s annual training program. Organize and conduct training as an internal trainer for new employees and other courses. Update and source training courses certified by the Department of Skill Development. Manage all safety training for two factories. Manage training systems such as ISO, QC, RBA, SPC, QC080000, and legally required training in Thailand (e.g. electricians, welders, safety officers, radiation safety officers, etc.). Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness. Coordinate and handle training-related documentation with government agencies, including the Department of Skill Development and the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare. Continuously improve and update training curricula to align with the company’s current situation. Update training content to suit Thai, Chinese, and Myanmar employees. Total workforce: approximately 3,000 employees.
Check and verify employees’ working hours, summarize attendance, overtime, absences, leave, and tardiness. Process payroll data for both monthly-paid and daily-paid employees. Prepare and update company rules and regulations. Evaluate probation performance of employees who have not yet passed the probation period. Recruit personnel according to company needs, screen applicants, and arrange interviews. Explain company rules and regulations to new employees during orientation. Submit documents for social security enrollment and resignation, and coordinate with Social Security Office officers when issues arise. Provide information regarding the company group insurance for employees. Issue warning letters and salary certificates for employees.
Record, store, and compiledata, including maintaining and updating employee file records. Verify the accuracy of employees’ working hours and manage monthly payroll processing. Collect and review attendance records, including safety-related documents. Prepare and manage employee welfare documents related to Social Security. Enter and update employee profiles and information in the system. Take care of employees across 5 provinces and 300 branches.
