TN GROUP Products: Electric Motors, Industrial Automation, Industrial Fan&Blower, Water pump, Antipollution system, Building ventilation, Agricultural products (including Home Fan&Water pump, Combustion and Car Washing machine.
-Manage marketing team (19 ppl) to be center of corporate group with 10 business unit, 5 branches to hit 5 different customer categories (Industry&manufacturing, Dealer&Distributor, Building&Property, Project&Government, Export&CLMV) and separate 5 marketing sections below:
1. Marketing Communication Team – Take responsible for marketing event such as Exhibition, Seminar, Roadshow, CRM event & Privilege & Premium & CRM Gift and any PR.
2. Graphic Services Team – Take responsible for all graphic design, advertising and marketing material (Printing & Online) such as Catalog, Brochures, Magazine, Flyer, VDO, Roll-up, Pop-up, Poster, Billboard, Display, Stand, POP, Presentation, Name card and any advertisement within corporate theme.
3. Digital Marketing Team –Take responsible for online channel to success and be specialist for online industrial market such as Social media (Facebook, Line, Youtube), Website (Content marketing, SEO&SEM), Digital Platform, Mobile Application, email marketing, E-Commerce Channel (factomall.com).
4. Strategic Marketing Team –Take responsible for marketing strategies for each Business Unit by marketing engineer planning&control&evaluate all sales force campaign and work on sales academy to bring sales team to hit the target.
5. Marketing Development&Admin –Take responsible for control all budget and find new market and data analytic.
-Create marketing plan & budget each year, implement & control cost and profit (Profit center) and evaluate all marketing result each channels.
-Analyst all data and create new cross sales channel to cover all customer and also look at history sales to handle 20/80 customer, Key account customers.
-Handle any sales issue in monthly sales meeting and manager meeting
-Creative and implement in other marketing issue such as Tele-sales, Catalog-Sales, corporate vision & goal and serve CEO for all issue.
