- Provide customers an information and suggestion about
Online English Courses to contribute an increase in sales. .
- Interact with customers, build strong customer base through
providing personalized product guidance, resolving
issues, following up on purchases, and opening new accounts.
- Respond to telephone inquiries by providing quality service
to customers and associates.
- Providing customers with quotations and proactively following
them up with an outbound calls.
- Meet activity targets and key performance indicators which
include outbound calls per day, follow up calls, quotes sent,
sales, and connects, etc.
Sales Coordinator (B2B)
- Schedule meeting appointments for sales representatives.
- Respond promptly to customers calls and emails informing
about product as well as keep proper follow up of appointments.
- Issue quotation, invoice, payment documents, tax invoice,
price negotiation, and other related documents.
- Provide support and assistance to outside sales representatives
as well as coordinate with other departments.
Consultant (English)
- Evaluate English level of students and provide placement test
through English conversation and guide a suitable course.
