Benefit management for associates (Uniform, Insurance, Provident fund, Birthday Gift and other)
Manage Companys payroll (i.e. monthly salaries, other income, incentive allowance, award, medical reimbursement, deduction of social security and personal income tax) then submit data to payroll outsource to generate report.
HR Administration (employment contracts, employee data, employment status changes, updating and maintaining HR information in employee accessible information points in Workday system.
Human Resource Information Systems (Employee Database, Online Resourcing Tool, other relevant HR systems (Workday))
Employee Communication (eg. KONE Code of Conduct, strategy and values communication, KONE Pulse)
Ensure that the organization complies with all applicable regulations, laws and employment standards.
