Carried project the racking system 3 phase increase capacity storage at warehouse
Carried project to improve efficiency in the warehouse and propose solution to management team
Technical Exchange Trip to Top Glove’s Factories in Malaysia
Marketing
Carried project expand Local Sales in Thailand
Assess the cost and price for quotation to propose customer local sales in Thailand.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales report to management and marketer in Malaysia.
Propose and sale company products and services to current and potential clients
Coordinate with HQ’s marketer at Malaysia to activate and maintain contract services to accomplish the work required to close sales
Develop and maintain PR sales materials and current product knowledge
Record and arrange order on shipment planning to allocate for all department to proceed
Shipping
Receive, review, and process import documentation including all entry types prepare according to regulatory requirements and customer commitments
Coordinate logistics with freight forwarders, couriers and other carriers for movement of gods in most cost effective manner
Prepare and declare all important monthly reports relevant shipping to headquarter
