• Sales & Field Support: Assisted sales teams by conducting live product demonstrations at customer sites, delivering technical consultations, and troubleshooting HVAC, calorimeter, design electrical diagram, CAD, temperature control loops on-site in automation industry and support customer in Southeast Asia and remotely.

• Precision Calibration & PM: Executed high-accuracy calibration of IR-Thermometers using Blackbody furnaces, alongside preventive maintenance for IR-Moisture meters and loop controllers.
