Responsibility
Design production process.
When there is a new project. I studied the product and conditions. I design process flow and risk assessment to prevent the production process.
Estimate cycle time
Estimating work time for decide tools to support production.
Estimate tooling cost
Cost estimation of suitable production tools to reduce production time and increase process efficiency and product quality.
Issue the conditions for marking tools for production.
Conditions for making tools are important for support production to quality. And best performance. And Best value.
Layout design of production
The production area is limited resources must be designed to use the least space but works easily and safely.
Control Plan
Control plan is the main condition of production.
Because every product is different, so must to be control for similar product according to standards or customer requirements.
Work Instruction
So that all products are similar must have the same production process. Work instructions are support operator to work consistently.
Preventing process errors
Finding tools and machines for prevent process errors such as functions test machine for detect color shade for light. Incomplete product locks on Jig for protect delivery from uncompleted product etc.
Planning
Assembly section do not get a production plan from Planning section but get the production plan from manufacturing engineer by an order and delivery time form production control section.
I planning by program Microsoft excel. My formula is the objective, must be the most productive, minimum inventory time and deliver the products according to the delivery time.
Production plan indicates the products produced in each production line. Production period for each production line and the period of maintenance plan. This indicates the needs of employees in the operation.
When conditions change according to events I analyzed to change the constraint to suit the situation for the program to calculate correctly. When an urgent job came in I can understand immediately to the impact. For problem resolution on due date or quick planning with the relevant department
Statistics record
Recording for evaluating future production trends to prevent production problems such as recording torque of tighten screws on X bar R Chart for evaluating torque of tighten screws trends follow on standards

Improvement process
I can improve the production process to productivity up 32% and reduce operator from 2 persons to 1 person under conditions breakeven on 1 year
Design new plant
Because the company has affiliates that are expanding production capacity therefore moved the factory to a larger size so I designed plant layout from receive raw materials, storage, and production in various processes. And storage F/G. My design the company can use it until now.
