Lead and Control Services Technician team for delivering the jobs on-time, control the team on disciplinary, and coach the team for the better solution or better service efficiency.
Raise and point the technical problem from day to day operation to analyze and discuss with Engineering team or expertise for the long term solution.
Define what strength and weakness of each service technician team for the skills enhancement plan.

Assist Sales Team by providing technical expertise and timely response to customers requirements.

Generate quotations for after-market products and services.
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing customers to generate new business opportunities for the company.
Review and ensure customer service levels are properly set, are met or exceeded and that value service is regularly communicated.
Ensure Thailand and Laos customers machines are being correctly maintained and in good working order.
Assist in service staff recruitment and conduct induction, objective setting and direct reports performance, development, recognition and talent reviews.
Monitor and manage spares parts availability, inventory levels and ordering lead times. Lead the local procurement process.
Document and track system problems and resolutions and maintenance and customer visits.
Manage maintenance, support and manning schedules including customer coverage and staff holidays for customers in Thailand and Laos.
Provide regular reports to direct Line Manager and Account Manager.
To perform corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance, pre-site planning and hardware and software installations on site when required.
Keep customers and Account Manager appraised of progress during remedial maintenance of down system
Escalate technical problems by seeking timely advice or assistance when required and work closely with other business associates in the region.
Handle customers in a professional manner during difficult high-pressure situations.
Make recommendations for improving the service, reliability, and performance of DLR equipment.
Encourage a shared sense of continuous improvement among teams & colleagues and the management of those improvements through to implementation.
To always act & behave in a way compliant with all De La Rue company guidelines & policies, especially those relating to values & behaviors , environmental health & safety, ethics & codes of conduct.
Communicate team requirements to line manager and continue to push for improvements deemed necessary to achieve the key activities and goals set out above.
Assist and support the Account Manager in dealing with and developing customer relationships when required.
Cooperate with and where needed support other functions to ensure overall business strategy is executed and the entire regional objectives are met.
